FORCE & FURY PHILOSOPHY

Coach Campbell encourages the players to challenge themselves to do the best they can.  To compete against their own potential and to work to continually improve on their skills.  He tries to incorporate fun into the mix of instruction, training and competition to give the players the best setting to develop their skills and perform to their highest potential - while maintaining the proper balance of fun and hard work so that the player looks forward to playing soccer not only now, but in the future as well.  One of Coach Campbell's goals is to teach the concept of competition that emphasizes the importance of team work, creativity, good sportsmanship, and the need to acquire superior decision making skills, while always maintaining a positive mental attitude.  These values will help to develop the player into not only a fine athlete, but also a fine young adult giving them skills to help them in all aspects of their lives.
